Service offers:

  • a comprehensive support program for families affected by domestic violence

Includes:

  • outreach in the community
  • referrals and resources available to people experiencing family violence
  • essential support and information about family violence
  • safety planning
  • empowering women with tools and strategies for becoming independent and fulfilled
  • tools and information to break free from family violence
Key Provider: outreach counsellors, outreach workers
Eligibility
Yes, Service targeted to:
  • women of all ages fleeing abuse or who have experienced abuse
  • with or without children 0 to 17 years
Transgender women welcome. Clients may or may not have stayed in the shelter.
