- 1-on-1 support for women transitioning out of a shelter including assistance with budgeting, safety planning, community referrals, and setting up a new home
- a meeting to discuss the barriers experienced when leaving an abusive relationship
- information on the different forms of abuse
- support for attending groups offered at the shelter or by other resource groups in the community
