Description
Offers a rapid response intervention to stop an imminent eviction.

Service provides:

  • a multi - faceted, rapid response intervention delivered by existing multi - program, human service organizations to stop an imminent eviction

Includes:

  • access to funds (no-interest loans) to pay late rent, utilities, or other costs that need to be paid in order to stop eviction
  • support with repayment plans 
  • interventions / services designed to ensure that causes of the eviction are effectively addressed to avoid future reoccurrences
  • supports to address issues such as ongoing housing, income / employment, or other contributing factors that will help increase financial stability and maintain permanent housing
  • supports to negotiate with landlords/utility companies, assistance to find and apply for any benefits or grants
  • financial coaching

  • who are currently in housing and facing eviction
  • who are willing to commit to and engage in the support plan process
