Provides a mentor or mentoring opportunities in the community.

Service offers a mentor or mentoring opportunities to:

  • help a high school youth discover their passions and set goals for the future
  • mentor for gender and sexually diverse youth
  • be a consistent source of support for a child and youth involved with Child Intervention Services
  • engage in other mentorship opportunities
Eligibility
Yes, Service targeted to individuals:
  • age 6 to 18 for mentees
  • age 14 to 17 for teen mentors
  • age 18 and older for adult mentors 
Application Process
Service Access: See below, To access service:
  • contact if you are a parent, guardian, teacher, or caseworker to refer a child or youth to the program to become a mentee
  • visit website to apply as a mentor
  • e-mail for queries
