Offers a caring space in an open drop-in format, for students, staff, and greater community members with gender and sexual diversity, who seek group or one-on-one support.

Service offers:

  • support for gender and sexual diversity in a space open to students, staff, faculty, alumni, and community members


  • support for individuals that identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, Two - Spirit, queer, questioning, pansexual, intersex, asexual, and more
  • support for family and friends of gender and sexual variant individuals
  • drop-in peer mentorship and support
  • referrals
  • education sessions for students and staff of all genders and sexualities
  • awareness campaigns, advocacy, outreach, and events
  • a resource library with books and zines on topics related to gender and sexuality available for borrowing
  • Spectrum - a peer-to-peer mentorship group and conversation space for LGBTQ+, allied, and questioning students to get together, share, and have fun 
  • group conversations on a range of topics like LGBTQ+ representation in the media to the unimportance of using labels 
  • Trans Meetup Night - a night for trans, non-binary, gender non-conforming people, people of all genders, and gender expressions to socialize and build community
  • Queerness and Faith - a weekly program to discuss the intersections of faith identities and LGBTQ+ identities
  • PoeTiQ - a monthly program to discuss LGBTQ+ representation in poetry

 Does NOT offer crisis intervention services.
