- Yes, Medical day patients require coverage from physician with admitting privilege. Patients who need support with Activity of Daily Living (ADL) must provide that support.
- Application Process
- Service Access: Professional Referral Required, Healthcare providers should consult the Alberta Referral Directory for service referral information.
Physician referral with RAH Admitting privileges required.
Therapy Plan must be entered through Connect Cae and NOT through a referral workflow.
If patient has central line access, ensure to include a Central Venous Access Device (CVAD) Therapy Plan.
