Description
Provides an employment preparation program for adults with a developmental disability.

Service offers:

  • a 10 month employment readiness and job skills training program for adults with a developmental disability

Includes:

  • classroom instruction to learn employment and life skills
  • workplace training within various businesses in Red Deer
  • regular contact and support during work experiences
  • resume development, interview preparation, and job search assistance
  • individualized goal setting and action planning 
  • guidance and support that's based on individual needs
  • assistance with accessing program funding
