Description
Offers an early intervention home visitation support program.

Service provides:

  • support for families to provide a nurturing, stimulating, and safe environment for their children

Includes:

  • home visitation services by trained staff to meet the family's specific needs
  • supporting the parent(s), parent / child interaction, and child development
  • assessing families to see if there is a risk of child maltreatment or poor childhood outcomes including social isolation, substance abuse, parental history of abuse, and low socioeconomic status
  • access to a public health nurse
  • connecting families to additional community support services and programs, if needed
