Shining Mountains Living Community Services

Service offers:

• a nutrition program for, but not exclusive to, Indigenous women and their children

Includes:

• promoting a sense of self - pride and self -  reliance through a safe environment
• counselling and supports
• cooking / nutrition skills
• networking
• referrals to community resources

Lessons can be booked for a few sessions, or just specific ones.

• women, with or without children
• who are human immunodeficiency virus positive (HIV+) or at risk of it
• and are newly housed or at risk of homelessness
