- Provides a variety of activities for adults living in the Abbottsfield / Rundle area to come together to socialize, learn new skills, and enhance their lives in a positive and supportive environment.
Service offers:

Includes:
- 50s Group - for active older adults to share good times, educational opportunities, field trips, and more
- Multicultural Women's Group - aiming to connect women to resources, create friendships, and become aware of government, education, parenting, and financial systems; topics change monthly and are selected by participants; a light snack is provided; childcare may be available if pre-arranged
- Community Garden - the opportunity to have a small community garden box and learn about planting, caring for, and harvesting a garden
- English Language Learning (ELL) - allowing participants to improve or learn English, practice pronunciation, reading, speaking, listening, writing, and comprehension; beginner and advanced classes available; includes a snack; childcare available for preschool children
- Women's Savings Group - discussions on savings, credit issues, banking, how to file taxes, history with money, building savings, and budgeting
- Health for Two and More - a support program for prenatal moms and new parents / grandparents / caregivers of infants to 12 months; they gather in a safe and supportive environment to learn about nutrition, health, pregnancy, breastfeeding, infant care, and child development; reading, storytelling, and topics of interest covered; access to nutrition, medical professionals, and other supports are available through the program

Affiliation: Multicultural Women's Group and Sewing Class are funded by Edmonton Family and Community Support Services (FCSS).
