Offers job placement assistance for people with disabilities.

Service offers:

  • assistance to individuals with disabilities (physical, cognitive, sensory, mental illness) to connect with employers to find and retain employment that matches their skills and abilities

Includes:

  • individualized job search plans
  • career planning
  • pre-employment workshops
  • access to exposure courses such as Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) and First Aid
  • Stand First Aid
  • one-on-one meeting with the Career Coaches
  • follow-up and continued support to secure employment
  • mental health supports and referrals

Affiliation: Funded by Government of Alberta - Ministry of Human Services.
