Description
Provides free legal information, advice, and referrals for older adults who cannot afford to pay for legal services.

Service offers:

  • support for older adults to understand their legal rights and empower them to stay independent
  • legal assistance on topics such as enduring powers of attorney, personal directive, estate administration, wills and estate planning, adult guardianship and trusteeship, and elder abuse
  • public legal education presentations to senior groups and agencies on topics such as wills and estates and advanced care planning
