- workshops throughout the year for parents on positive parenting strategies
- a developmental checklist to allow parents to see how a child is progressing in relation to their age, as well as a consultation and referrals to other agencies if required

- tools for dealing with various behaviours in a positive manner
- financial matters
- stress management
- healthy eating
- staying healthy
Childcare and a light snack is provided at workshops and information sessions.
