Service offers:

• a 24 hour, toll-free helpline in Alberta for anyone experiencing family violence or abuse, or who knows someone who has questions about family violence
• 24 hour text and online chat options

Support includes:

• referrals to family violence programs, resources, and services
• staff trained to respond to crisis situations
• information on getting help with costs to leave including the Escaping Abuse Benefit

Also develops and distributes publications including information sheets and printable promotional materials (posters, wallet-size cards, and more).
