- removing a family member from a client's home
- ensuring weapons are seized
Can assist with:
- Protection Order documents and court procedures
- application for Emergency Protection Order
- application for Emergency Protection Order Review hearings
Provides victims of family violence with:
- ongoing information
- risk assessments
- safety plans
- Eligibility
