- Offers a group for women to support building healthier relationships.
Service provides:
- a 16 week, 4 module program for women who are experiencing challenges in relationships
Program focuses on:
- eliminating violence and abuse
- attaining more fulfilling relationships with a balanced life and less conflict
- helping to enhance well-being by showing how to develop healthier relationship skills based on personal values and desired life outcomes
Includes:
- facilitation by a therapist
- recognizing the signs of healthy and unhealthy relationships and how to respond
- effective communication in relationships
- implementing flexible and appropriate boundaries
- understanding how the relationship with oneself impacts all other relationships
- recognizing the role that power plays in relationships
- more confidence when resolving conflict
