  • services to self-represented individuals and families to find appropriate solutions for family law issues

Includes:

  • Family Court Counsellors / Family Court Assistance
  • Caseflow Conference Program that provides support resolving parenting disputes
Eligibility
Yes, Service targeted to families:
  • going through separation (common-law or married) 
  • dealing with parenting, guardianship, child support issues, and contact
  • not represented by a lawyer
At least one of the involved parties must live in Alberta.
