Service offers:
- age specific story time programs for children age 6 months to 5 years
- summer reading programs
- Reading Buddies program, where teen volunteers help readers in grade 1 to 3 who require support
- Computer Buddies program, where teen volunteers help children in grades 1 to 6 explore computers
- youth literacy programs, such as teen book clubs, writing programs, public speaking programs
- English as a Second Language (ESL) Homework Help program and ESL Teen Talk
- special programs including music, literacy, gaming, theatre, book clubs, public speaking, drawing and writing, computer literacy and parenting
