Description
Provides a support group for older adults seeking supports for their relationships with their adult children.

Service offers:

  • an 8 week course that is run 2 to 3 times a year for men and women who are experiencing challenges in their relationships with their adult children and want to make changes

Includes:

  • education
  • supportive discussion
  • learning how to identify safe relationships
  • learning communication and limit-setting skills
  • peer support and discussion

The group is offered online and in person. Group members remain the same throughout the duration of the course.
