- Provides a support group for older adults seeking supports for their relationships with their adult children.
Service offers:
- an 8 week course that is run 2 to 3 times a year for men and women who are experiencing challenges in their relationships with their adult children and want to make changes
Includes:
- education
- supportive discussion
- learning how to identify safe relationships
- learning communication and limit-setting skills
- peer support and discussion
The group is offered online and in person. Group members remain the same throughout the duration of the course.
