The team's main priority is dealing with cases where there may be a high risk of physical harm, or increasing threats to safety, or that may be criminal in nature. This is not an emergency service.

- 65 years or older
- who are experiencing abuse from a caregiver or loved one
- and residing in Edmonton
- Application Process
- Service Access: Telephone Information Line, To access service:
- call the Elder Abuse Intake and Information Line to complete an intake assessment with a Senior Resource Co-ordinator
- staff will use the assessment to provide a referral to Seniors Protection Partnership or another more suitable program
