- Eligibility

- first time offenders
- charged with attempting to purchase sex services
- or those who have not been charged with an offence but would like to learn about the sex trade and the impact of their behaviours
- a history of violence
- a history of child exploitation

- referral from a probation officer or defence lawyer
- or self-referral
