- 1 person $30,000.00 per year or less
- 2 persons $40,000.00 per year or less
- 1 adult 1 child $35,000.00 per year or less
- add $2,500.00 for each additional dependent
- deceased persons
- bankruptcy
- self-employment
- capital gains or losses
- employment expenses
- business or rental income and expenses
- interest income more than $1,000.00
