- The Pediatric Centre for Wellness and Health (PCWH) supports children and families reaching their healthy lifestyle goals and promotes healthy growth and development.
Our team partners with your family to set health goals at your own pace considering nutrition, physical activity, health, mental health and well-being. You may work with our team one-on-one or in a group setting.
Every child and family's journey is unique. Our goal is to support healthy lifestyle changes that are respectful and responsive to your family's needs and values.
