Offers a long-term, transitional program for Indigenous girls who are pregnant or parenting.

Service provides:

  • a supportive, long-term, transitional living environment for Indigenous girls who are pregnant or parenting and who are in the care of Child and Family Services

Includes:

  • 4 bedrooms for 4 clients
  • 24 hour staff
  • allowance per week
  • monthly clothing allowance
  • personal incidentals: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrush, etc
  • emergency bus tickets
  • transportation to appointments (dependent on staff availability)
  • baby needs: formula, shampoo, lotion, diapers, etc
  • food shopping is catered to each youth's independent plan

Affiliation: Partnered with Edmonton Region Child and Family Services.
