Description
Provides an interdisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, and mental health professionals that practice within a collaborative model to give holistic care to people.

Service offers:

  • walk-in and prebooked medical appointments
  • general medical clinic (check-ups, screening, treatment and prescriptions)
  • referrals to specialists and other support services
  • influenza, pneumococcall, hepatitis B and tetanus immunizations
  • electrocardiograms
  • mental health services, opioid against treatment program, diabetes group, lab work and specialist care services which all require referral from primary health clinic
  • medical outreach to 6 Calgary shelters and treatment centers
