  • a confidential place to talk about both academic and personal issues
  • support with topics such as exam / academic stress, suicidal thoughts, grief or loss, and unhealthy or abusive relationships

  • crisis management
  • a safe and confidential place to talk

Hours of Operation

Fall / winter term (September to April) hours are:

  • Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Spring / summer term (May to August) hours are:

  • Monday to Friday at 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (by appointment only)

Availability is dependent on volunteer capacity. Closed statutory holidays. Hours vary during exams. Contact for details.
