- practical support and activities to help seniors continue to live independently and productively as fully participating members of society
Includes:
- Seniors Co-ordinated Outreach - assistance to seniors to deal with their day-to-day life challenges such as applying for government benefits, form filling, and interpretation and translation
- Tuesday and Thursday Activities for Seniors - activities for seniors to be active physically and mentally, make social connections, acquire new skills and knowledge, and contribute through volunteering
