Offers diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up for adults requiring general surgery.

Provides care to people who need to have a general surgery procedure, including:

  • small and large bowel surgery
  • gallbladder
  • mastectomy or breast surgery
  • hernia repairs
  • thyroid surgery
  • hemorrhoid
  • wound care

Key Provider: doctors, licensed practical nurses (LPNs), nursing attendants, registered nurses (RNs), service workers

Yes, Referrals are for patients 18 years of age or older.

Service Access: Professional Referral Required, A physician referral is required to be sent to the indvidual surgeons office. It is recommended to include a past medical history, current medication list.
