Description
Provides legal information education for immigrants to prevent them from becoming involved in the criminal justice system and to help with complex legal issues that arise during immigration.

Service offers:

  • assistance to low income women and their families related to challenges with their immigration status
  • assistance in completing submissions to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada
  • information to immigrants needing assistance with government procedures and applications with regards to immigration with related issues of employment, health, income, and systems navigation
  • obtaining of protection orders for women
