Provides the promotion of cross-cultural relationships within the diverse variety of communities in the city.

Service offers:

  • External Diversity Education presentations provided upon request to any community organization, group or protective service.
  • development of awareness and understanding between the police and Calgary's diverse cultural groups.
  • You and the Law workshops for new Canadians, delivered to clients of agencies and at ESL classes.
  • Hate and Bias Crime initiative including a database, a brochure and poster. Brochure explains the difference between crimes and incidents.
