Family and Community Support Services of Leduc County

Service provides:

• housekeeping subsidy for seniors and adults with disabilities

Services are tailored to each client's needs and may include:

• wiping kitchen counters, fridge, stove, and microwave
• washing dishes and unloading the dishwasher
• spot cleaning walls
• cleaning bathroom sinks, tubs, and toilets
• vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
• dusting, polishing, and tidying
• making beds
• doing laundry and ironing

• 65 years and older who require support to complete household tasks
• or 64 years and younger with a disability that interferes with their ability to carry out household tasks
• or individuals with a temporary physically-restrictive condition

Hourly fee for housekeeping services without subsidy is $32.00 per hour. Contact for details.

Eligibiity for subsidy is based on age, annual household income, and ability to complete household tasks. 
Seniors who are eligible for subsidy from the Government of Alberta will be assisted to apply.
