- Provides services and support to families and youth involved with Child and Family Services.
Service provides:
- trauma-informed and culturally grounded services and supports to families and youth who are involved with Child and Family Services
Includes:
- advocacy, guidance, and emotional support in case planning, court, and case conferences
- personalized wellness planning and safety planning
- support through crises, transitions, and family reunification
- assistance with accessing basic needs, transportation, income support, and child benefits
- support in accessing culturally appropriate medical, mental health, and addiction services
- access to traditional knowledge, Elders, and ceremonies, and support reconnecting with culture, language, and identity
- coordination with other service providers to ensure continuity of care
