Provides an introductory leadership program for teenagers who want to develop their self-esteem, sense of community, and leadership skills.

Service provides:

  • an introductory leadership program that uses games, initiative tasks, special projects, and volunteer placements

Purpose is to develop:

  • situational leadership
  • communication
  • teamwork
  • self-esteem

  •   youth in grades 7 to 12
