COVID-19 UPDATE: Volunteer ride program is temporarily unavailable. Assistance with deliveries is still available to isolated individuals who may need supplies, but not for rides until further notice. Provides emergency assistance for people in need.

Service provides:

  • assistance to individuals in need who are unable to receive help anywhere else

May include:

  • short-term, emergency financial assistance
  • transportation within defined limits
  • accompaniment
  • household / yard maintenance
  • occasional tutoring and childcare
  • referrals to other agencies
  • utility assistance
Eligibility
Yes, Service targeted to:
  • residents of Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, and Parkland County
  • who have low income
  • and are unable to access other resources
Each situation assessed to determine eligibility.
