- Provides support to Indigenous families in Calgary to prevent the transmission of intergenerational trauma to their children and future generations.
Service offers:
- a program to guide families on their healing journey through blending traditional Indigenous and Western ways of knowing
- bi-weekly groups, home visits, cultural ceremonies, social gatherings and Elder support over a 4 month period
- training and cultural experiences
- consultation to staff, children, families, volunteers and community members
- Eligibility
