Works with Indigenous children, youth and families through drop in and registered programs that support cultural identity, leadership, recreation and connections to Calgary's urban Indigenous community.

Service offers:

  • Indigenous Active Life drop in for youth and and young adults for court sports, swimming, cardio, resistance training and more 
  • Indigenous Drum and Dance to enhance skills in Pow Wow dance styles, drumming and Indigenous culture
  • Indigenous Buddies for emementary school students to learn about culture and traditions
  • Vision Seekers for Indigenous junior high school students to learn leadership and mentorship skills
  • YMCA 7th Generation cultural teachings through storytelling, traditional activities, leadership skills, Medicine Wheel Teachings and more
  • Day camps with cultural activities, storytelling, crafts and other activities
