Offers a variety of social, recreational, art, music, and fitness activities for seniors.

Service provides:

  • a variety of social, recreational, art, music, and fitness activities for seniors
  • classes that are led by skilled and qualified instructors and clubs that are run by members and coordinated by a designated Club Liaison

Classes include:

  • Art Classes - participants can explore their artistic side while working and connecting with others
  • Craft Classes - for crafters, carvers, card makers, and quilters
  • Dance Fitness Classes - dancing for physical, mental, and social health benefits
  • FYI Seminars - information sessions on various topics of interest
  • Music Classes - learning music, practising, jamming, singing, and ukulele
  • Physical Fitness Classes - sitting, standing, stretching, and dancing for fun, health, happiness, and meeting new people

Classes vary in number of weeks and length of each session.

Clubs include:

  • Art Clubs - for participants to explore their artistic side while working with and connecting with others
  • Crafts Clubs - various clubs for carvers, card makers, quilters, and crafters
  • Dance Clubs - dancing for positive physical, mental, and social benefits, including improved balance and coordination
  • Drama Club - opportunities to perform or help back stage
  • Games Club - games of strategy, games of skill, and games of luck
  • Literature Club - reading, writing, and reflecting on the written word for fun and insight
  • Music Clubs - to jam, practice, learn, and sing
  • Sports Clubs - various team sports; all fitness levels welcome
