- support group settings, individual and family counselling, and art therapies for individuals facing or grieving the loss of someone they love
There are separate groups for children, youth, and adults which provides each individual the opportunity to:
- explore their personal grief journey in a safe, facilitated environment
- access referrals to other community services as needed
- develop new ways to grieve though art such as puppetry, painting, music, movement, and other creative activities
