Service provides:

• community housing and support services

Support services include:

• 3 meals per day and a snack served in the central dining room
• weekly housekeeping and linen service
• social and recreational activities

• 65 years and older
• with the ability to be self-sufficient
• and a total annual income below the Housing Income Limits (HILs)

• pets are approved on a case-by-case basis
• a maximum of 1 fish tank, 2 birds, 1 cat, or 1 small dog (35 pounds or under) are permitted per unit
• dogs and cats must be 3 years or older and have been owned by the tenant for 3 years or more

Monthly rent is calculated at 30 per cent of gross monthly income plus the cost of support services. 
There are fees for approved pets.
