Shelter

Service provides:

• a shelter and supportive services for very hard to house adult men in the inner city who have chronic addictions and / or mental health concerns

Includes:

• a safe, secure home with all amenities
• harm reduction
• a non-judgmental environment
• 3 meals per day
• access to laundry facilities
• home care services
• weekly visits from a Nurse Practitioner
• assistance from a case worker with health and personal affairs (money, appointments, accessing appropriate medical care)

• 18 years and older
• who are considered very hard to house
• who have chronic addictions and / or mental health concerns
• and are living in the inner city

Room and board maximum $800.00 per month.

Room and board based on ability to pay.
