Provides supports to adults whether they are living independently in the community with roommate(s) or with family.

Service offers:

  • supports to adults whether they are living independently in the community with roommate(s) or with family

Supports are flexible and range from a few hours a week to 24 hours per day.


Affiliation: Funded by Government of Alberta - Ministry of Community and Social Services.
Eligibility
Yes, Service targeted to:
  • 18 years and older
  • with disabilities
  • who are eligible for Persons with Developmental Disabilities (PDD) program
Or survivors of acquired brain injury:
  • 18 years and older
  • who are living independently
