- Delivers document translation services and facilitates interpretation sessions to help newcomers access services, programs, and resources and achieve their settlement / resettlement and integration goals.
Service provides:

Includes:
- in-office Commissioners for Oaths for true copy notarization and oath administration (administers oaths and takes and receives affidavits, declarations, and affirmations that will be used in Alberta)
- the support of an interpreter to assist clients accessing Edmonton Immigrant Services Association settlement services

Does not translate passport stamps, exit / entry records, course descriptions, court decisions, academic papers, newspaper reports, financial reports, or medical reports. Does not provide a certified translator to sign off for translations when an organization requires a certified translator's work.
