Service provides:
- shared-living accommodation for persons with developmental disabilities who do not require 24 hour paid support, using approved home and supportive roommate models
Includes:
- overnight support provided by a person or people who also share the home
- staff who monitor the service delivery for each individual
- support for the family and individual in working towards specific goals
- assistance with problem solving, direct support, and linking families to support networks
