- Collects donations of items for the Clothes Closet accessed by agency clients.
Service provides:
- donation collection from the general public of items to be provided to clients
Accepts:
- baby formula
- baby gates
- baby proofing items
- baby wipes
- new bath towels
- breast pads
- brand-new car seats (convertible 2 in 1 restraint system)
- children's books
- diapers (size 3, 4, 5, and 6)
- diaper rash cream
- new electronic breast pumps
- feminine care products
- gift cards (such as Wal-Mart, Safeway, Superstore, Save on Foods, Sobeys)
- infant clothing
- personal hygiene products for teen moms, young dads and their children (such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, deodorant, soap, shampoo)
- new pillows
- play pens
- new receiving blankets
- toddler clothing
- new toys
Does not accept:
- used infant or toddler car seats
- used cribs
- used breast pumps (specifically those with hoses / cones)
- used bottles / sippy cups
- knit / crocheted blankets
Donations are given to Terra Centre clients and Braemar School students.
