Service offers:
- direct support to seniors who are struggling with compulsive hoarding behaviour
Includes:
- information about collecting and saving items that may interfere with the safe and functional use of the home for sleeping, cooking, bathing, and socializing
- individualized assistance for seniors who wish to develop an action plan to make the home more functional and safe
- assistance to reduce the buying and collecting of new things
- a monthly lunch group to share experiences and learn from others
- follow-up support to assist individuals with maintaining changes in the home
