Dedicated Accessible Transit Service

Service provides:

• door-to-door specialized transit for registered, pre-booked passengers who have a severe physical or cognitive disability

Inquiries or complaints accepted by 311.

• 16 years and older
• with a severe physical or cognitive disability
• who are unable to take conventional public transit for all or some trips

• a recommendation from a health care or social services practitioner is required
• registration required before booking trips can begin
• make bookings by 12:00 PM the day before travel, and up to 3 days in advance

New applications take approximately 2 weeks to process.

Regular fares apply. Designated mandatory attendants travel free if accompanying a fare-paying registrant.
