- a group home for youth who are preparing to live independently
Includes:
- up to 18 months in the group home, and 6 to 9 months in the Independent Living Preparation Program, upon completion of their stay in the group home
- support with developing and maintaining stable connections with their family, friends, and community
- learning skills such as conflict resolution, budgeting, and employment skills
- Eligibility
