Provides in - home support for families.

Service offers:

  • in - home support to families who have a need to strengthen their family functioning and avoid the possibility of out of home placement of their children

Includes:

  • supports to help youth living in the foster care system work towards independent living and connect with their communities
  • supervised visitation
  • parent education to assist in improving family functioning
  • transportation to scheduled appointments
  • referrals to community resources

Eligibility
Yes, Service is targeted to:
  • families with child welfare status
  • who are presenting with risk factors
  • families with children who are at risk of being removed from their homes
  • families with children 0 to 18 who have been removed from their homes and placed in kinship or foster care
