Provides in class English language education to refugees and newcomers.

Service offers:

  • training that focuses on acquiring practical English language skills
  • English language skills for living and working in Canada
  • Canadian Language Benchmarks (CLB) Foundation Literacy to CLB 4
  • childcare services for participants with children ages 12 months to 11 years
  • free one-on-one tutoring support for reading and writing in English through the Reading Room

Yes, Service targeted to:
  • permanent residents and refugess age 18 and older
  • individuals who have completed placement testing at Immigrant Language and Vocational Assessment Referral Centre (ILVARC) or other Immigrant Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) accredited testing centres
