Programs include:

  • Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) programs - includes ASIST 2 day certification training, ASIST half day re-certification
  • Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) Support Groups - includes Caregiver Connections, Friendship Circle, and more
  • CMHA Mental Health and Wellness courses - provides an in-depth way to learn new skills and strategies to meet specific needs
